Shipping Policy
Upon receiving your order, we will take at least 2 working days to prepare your order. Your order will be shipped using a courier service. Generally, for West Malaysia, the shipping period will be between 2 to 4 working days. For East Malaysia, the shipping period will be 1 or 2 working days longer.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Contact us immediately upon receiving your order, if your order is received damaged. Please take pictures of the damaged items with the packaging intact. Notify the courier company as well of this damaged item. Please send us pictures of the damaged items. Once we have done our assessment, we will provide you with a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Request
If you wish to return an unused and unopened product, please email us at info@prostasano.com, and we will review your request accordingly. If approved, you will have to return the unused and unopened product with its packaging intact. You will have to bear the return shipping cost. Once we have received the item, we will assess the product and issue a full refund by the same payment channel.
Our damaged item replacement, return and refund policy only applies to product purchased from our online store only.
